I dont use spray oil, so a dollop of normal olive oil went in the pan, probably a tablespoonful.
I didnt have any wine so just used water and I had a fresh chilli in so used half of that chopped up small.
The prawns I had in the freezer were the normal small atlantic ones and I used baby spinach instead of rocket.
I didnt use salt and pepper as it seemed to me there was plenty of flavour without.
I had grand pradano in, so used that instead of the parmesan. And the parsley plant was a bit sparce so I took probably about a tablespoon in total from it, but the side salad made up for the lack on that.
I had some fresh noodles in, so put them in the pan to heat at the same time as the spinach.
Served with a mixed leaf salad.
A little fresh grated ginger would be a nice addition.
