Tried it first using their garam masala (cut down on the sugar though), it was very meh.
Not bad, but nothing mind blowing.
Tested it again and added some of Indian cookerie's garam masala (used it instead of dishoom's in the marinade, and added some to the sauce.
I also added what left from the marinade to the sauce.
It was way better, not mind blowing, but quite good
