This was one of the best salads I have ever had! It was so refreshing with a delightful mingling of sweetness and citrus. The pistachios were the perfect crunch choice to complement this salad. It also was so easy to make, I was able to put it together before I went to work with no problem. This salad just became my summer staple!!!
