I seasoned my chicken with salt and pepper inc inside cavity. Make sure to add water to roasting pan as the glaze will burn. Absolutely delicious. Will make again. Served with roasted Yukon gold potatoes with rosemary and thyme. Perfect meal! I cooked for 1 hr. Covered with foil and baked an additional 45- 50 mins. Removed once internal temp reached 165 degrees. Delicious and so juicy! The bourbon really comes through in this one.
