Easy and delicious! Now I’m working on how to re purpose the bacon grease! It’s nice to be able to adjust the crispness. I flipped them using a ton about halfway through. Once the time was up about four we’re not that crispy so I removed the crispy finished strips then rearranged the few that weren’t for 3 more minutes. Perfect!!
