Ok so this is a very 'involved' recipe the 1st time, I imagine it will get easier the more familiar I get with it, because I will cook it again. Let me just say, it was so worth the effort. My whole family of 5, (including a fussy eater) loved this recipe. I was doubtful the entire cooking process until we ate. There's such depth of flavour, the pork was crispy & it wasn't crazy sweet, the pineapple just added a hint of sweetness. It was memorable!
