What a beautiful focaccia - wow you got a very good rise. Some flours and yeast just work overtime and they rise super high - you can use a larger tray next time if you’d like it a bit thinner. If it’s a much bigger tray, no need to spread it all the way to edges…just till it’s a bit bigger than than the original tray you used. Looks amazing though and happy it was a hit 😍
