← Replies in Creamy Mushroom Pork Tenderloin Recipe

I doubled the recipe because I had a bigger piece of tenderloin. I did about half chicken stock and half dry sherry. I feel like you could add in another vegetable like asparagus or spinach to give it a little more something but it's overall good.
