Tried this recipe as I could clear out the fridge with these ingredients. Took me over 30 minutes but I’m still a beginner with cooking. After cooking the chicken in the pan for a while I finished it in the oven as my chicken was on the thick side after cutting in half. I also used grated Parmesan cheese so it took a little while longer to get it all mixed in. Also I used pappardelle noodles instead of fettuccine as I didn’t have any in stock, which was probably the better option as there was more surface area for the sauce.
Definitely would make this recipe again.
