Damn fine cookies. I substituted heavy oats for instant oats, used 2 mashed bananas instead of the applesauce, and used coconut sugar. I added a little bit of peanut butter, cashews, and pumpkin seeds. I also substituted the butter for coconut oil, they turned out perfecto 👌
