I made this with a good many adjustments, because I didn't plan ahead for the slow cooker, and used the instant pot instead. I used dried black and pinto beans and added a good bit of chicken broth. Everything went in at once, and I cooked for 25 minutes. I shredded the tenders before serving. Family loved this soup. I thought it was quick, easy, and super tasty. Made for good leftovers too. I'm thinking this will be a good one to meal prep for lunches.
