Cooked this as a surprise for my friend, the recipe was very improvised but so glad I made it. They thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely be cooking again.
Cons:
Overcooked the beansprouts a little bit, they ended up a little mushy and lost their usual texture, probably could've done with being added at same time as prawns, about 3 minutes before plating.
Pros:
Prawns were really fresh, soy sauce really enhanced all the flavours of the vegetables and prawns, and left a long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste.
The brocoli was really fresh and crispy, cooked "perfectly", to quote my friend.
