Sorry about that! Half and half is just equal parts milk and cream, I hope that clears things up :)

They sell half and half in the store by the milk and creamer. It's traditional for use in coffee when someone doesn't want the flavored stuff. Used in thousands of recipes. Been around forever in the USA.

So glad someone asked this I had no idea what half and half was. Maybe for Member's in other countries theses things need to be explained
