I only rested the dough for an hour instead of the recommended 2-3 and I’m not very good at pastries so the dough was a bit thicker than you would find at a street vendor. I also noticed for that reason the dough wasn’t as crispy when I fried it. It was still a hit, but I would follow the instructions to a T and taste test the roti for doneness so I can get it just right next time.
