This picture does not do this dish justice. The sauce was so yummy and flavourful and went well with peas :) The dumplings were a bit bland in my opinion (next time I would add salt) but soaked up the sauce well. I replaced the mushrooms with potatoes (I dislike mushrooms). I didn’t have any red wine but it still worked without - next time I would try with wine :))
