Special occasion

I made everything from scratch and it turned out well. Though it tasted good, I couldn't shake the feeling that there's some ingredient missing from the ravioli filling, something to make the flavor pop. I haven't quite put my finger on it yet, but if I make it again I'll likely experiment.

Oregano? That's one of those herbs that you don't really think you're going to miss, but you can absolutely tell when it's not in there.
