Excellent recipe.
A couple of tips:
1- This recipe can also be used to make cupcakes, if making cupcakes reduce baking time to 20 mins.
2- Because this cake will continue cooking as it cools, a few crumbs may stick with a toothpick test. Generally if it springs back with a light press it’s done.
Overall very good recipe and the included chocolate buttercream recipe is a winner too!
