This corn was so tasty. All the flavors came together nicely. I’ve made Mexican corn before but slightly different, I would have to say these ingredients were bon appétit. I paired it up with cauliflower potato salad, and Mexican chicken with lime mint sauce. Everyone’s favorite part was the corn. Definitely no leftovers!
