I made this last night in my air fryer using the rotisserie attachment! It was delicious. However, it was a bit time consuming to be honest. I’d save this recipe for a weekend or some day when you have extra time, especially since the chicken needs to marinade for a bit.
I followed the recipe for the most part, but made a couple changes—1) I used lawry’s seasoned salt instead of kosher salt; 2) I placed yellow onion in between the pieces of chicken on the skewer; 3) I added about 1/2 tsp more of cayenne
I served this over rice with roasted broccoli and garlic naan.
