I loved this! I don’t think we have half and half in Australia so I originally intended to use thickened cream but forgot it so I substituted with half a cup milk and half a cup of sour cream. I also used a store bought chicken bone broth and after reading the notes on the recipe website I added the broth in about a half cup at a time to ensure I got the ideal consistency , I also only used two sheets of puff pastry for the topper. Thiswas delicious and I’ll be making it again.
