This needed a lot of altering to make it good imo. Added roast sweet potato, made the fajita mix from scratch, added a tomato/jalapeño/lime salsa sort of thing on top, and was disappointed I didn’t have any avo on hand! I think they’ve simplified this one a bit too much!
