I used ground pork, rather than sausage. Added shredded carrots, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp 5-spice powder, 2 tsp ground ginger. Used 2 Tbs soy sauce. Garnish with bee pollen (brings out the sweetness of the carrots), a few dashes of soy, a pinch of sracha-lime salt, sesame seeds, and a dash or two more of sesame oil.
