I used an angel hair pasta roni box pasta added sweet peas and a cut up tomatoes sitting in fridge. Followed box directions when I got to adding heavy cream and milk (used heavy cream for milk and milk for sauce with water up to box called for) added chicken back when noodles cooked and covered letting cook while I waited on bread and cleaned up.
