Delicious!! I put two chicken thighs in with the congee as it cooked, which added a nice chicken flavor to the congee. My new go-to. This guy's recipes are all quite good.

Does the chicken become dry after cooking? Do you cut the chicken thighs?

I put them in whole, then pulled the meat off afterwards. It was not dry at all.
