Second time I made this I reduced the oil to 1/2 cup but could not stir it all together so added 1/8 cup more oil. (Just eyeballed midway to 1/4 cup mark on the measuring cup). I also chopped some candied pineapple chunks and folded them in. Amazing! These were so much better with just that little bit less oil. And they are quite fast and easy to make because of the cake mix base.
