I forgot to stab the potatoes before adding them to the oven so I did it late into the baking, but they still turned out great. I baked the full 60 minutes :)

Parchment paper on baking sheet 425⁰.
Use a fork to poke a few holes in the taters. Rub taters with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with kosher salt. Bake 45-60 mins till fork-tender.
