This was an unexpected hit! All the flavors went together really well and had a fresh and delicious flavor. The rice was nisit and flavorful and the fish was flavorful and bit fish at all. The addition of the tomatoe mixture with a kicknofnhot pepper and a Kim sour cream drizzle topped it off perfectly. Will be making this again!
