This was my very first ever ToFu meal & it turned out fantastic! I added one more can of low sodium kidney beans, a bell pepper and white corn to it. Super zesty & flavorful. I will definitely make this healthy heart/no cholesterol vegan meal again. Bonus: My meat & potato loving family ate it all and also loved it!! They didn't mind the ToFu and no complaints. Love this recipe... yummy chili!
