I'm sorry that it wasn't the best. I forgot to list the seasoning. Of course there's salt and pepper to suit, and add about 1/2-1 teaspoon each of basil and oregano (or sometimes I feel lazy and just reach for the Italian seasoning. Maybe you'd be willing to try again?
