I used 1/4 cup roasted sweet potato, 1/4 cup cooked Yellow lentils with 2 tbsp almond walnuts and cashew powder plus 2 tbsp oat flour and 1 tsp coconut oil. Let the batter sit for 10 min. Even after 10 min it was very soft but after it was baked for 8 to 9 min on both sides at 400 F they were firm to touch but soft inside. My 10 months old loved them.
