Super good. I slather coriander/mint and tamarind chutney on the rolls before loading the bhaji on them. Not good for you, but quite good to eat in the moment. Quite an easy dish to make, too. Very often I find myself adding more pav bhaji masala than the recipe calls for. Makes a lot of leftovers even when cooking for 2-3.
