Perfect! This is a great recipe if you want takeout sweet and sour sauce because we all know the store bought stuff isn't the same. Just know while it cooks and is warm it will smell like vinegar, but don't worry it goes away once it cools. Also if you don't use food coloring it will be a more brownish red-orange almost like an orange chicken sauce.
