I used small tortillas for street tacos and so they were tiny taquitos. Very delicious, a hit with my whole house (me, boyfriend, grandma). I suggest making the filling in the morning if you're having it for dinner, so all you need to do is fill and fry! And if rolling is too much, you can always just fold it in half like a fried taco. I add chili lime seasoning to the filling and fresh diced onion too.
