amazingly easy recipe, I didnt have the right sized pan or parchment paper, (I just heavily floured the pan) and the bread was still a perfect texture! I used the dough the same day/ night I made it after freezing my separated 1 lb of dough and it came out so tasty and crisp, I highly recommend this for first time bread makers!
