Love this. Have made it a few times now - though I’ve cut down a few steps because they just seem unnecessary. I don’t bother adding the garlic to the oil. It’s not even sitting long enough to infuse into the oil, so i just throw it in when I put the broccoli in the sausage pan. I also don’t bother taking the broccoli out of the pan with sausages in and adding it to the pasta water like it suggest. Seems odd to me. All that lovely flavour added in the frying pan dunked in water?
But anyway - it’s awesome :) and very quick and easy when you cut out the random steps.
