So so good! I did 4 pounds of baby carrots for Thanksgiving. Really easy to put together and toss in the oven. I drizzled the remaining sauce in the bowl over the top. They’re definitely best right out of the oven. After my 40 minute drive, while still warm, the flavor had changed a bit. Everyone loved them.
