AWESOME SIDE DISH. I was unsure about this recipe but it intrigued me. Finding the harissa and tahinin was a bit harder than expected; had to go to the local persian grocery store.
I did pull back on the tahini and especially the harissa (use very little harissa, but use it).
PERSONAL REMINDERS: As per recipe, volume drops considerably, roast multiple pans. Have this be the last thing you cook because it needs to get served right away. Also, use more cauliflower than cabbage. Pull back on tahini a little bit. Added salt to the dressing.
