I didn'r wanted to make tiny pastries, so I kept the round puff pastry as it was. I totally skip the part where you bake it without anything on, not because I didn't wanted to but because I was distracted. But since the cheese filling is quite "dry", it's not problem the pastry didn't get soggy. I took the liberty to add some fresh thyme and it was a really simple et tasty dish!
