I was looking for an easy, tasty recipe using pantry ingredients that didn't require any chopping and I definitely got what I wanted! I wanted to have leftovers and instead of just doubling the recipe, I added a 28oz can of crushed tomatoes in addition to the 6oz of tomato paste and increased the spices to my taste. Also, instead of the non-dairy milk, I made some cashew cream with one cup of raw, unsalted cashews and one and a half cups of water and blended it up and then added it in after everything else had been whisked together and warmed up a little. I used one cup of vegetable broth and some additional water to get it to the desired consistency. Delicious! Will definitely make again.
