Looks so yum! Sometimes it takes a few tries in your own oven to figure out what works for your particular set up. I suggest baking on the lowest rack as often the heat is concentrated at bottom of oven, or find a setting on oven that concentrates at bottom if you have it on your oven (mine is called the pizza setting). If you already baked it on bottom rack and that didn’t work to crisp it up, next time you can put the pan directly on bottom of oven for last 5 mins or so (check it after 3/4 mins so it doesn’t burn). The direct heat can help toast it up!
