So I made this and I cut out the tomatoes, bacon, and mozzarella cheese due to high calories, dietary restrictions, and picky eaters. I was able to drop the calories down from over 1200 cal per serving down to 695 per serving. In place of the tomatoes I added an extra 8oz of tomato sauce. I thought the directions were not very clear but I muddled through and I had to add extra seasoning because the sauce tasted a little bland. Once I was satisfied with the seasoning I thought the dish tasted pretty good and so did the rest of the family
