Family loved it. Not terribly different than the other Mexican dishes I e made over the years but frying the tortilla after filling it gives it a wonderfully pleasing crunch and a good enchilada sauce recipe is a must. I found another recipe for that but it was weak so I modified it heavily to include some gorgeous cinnamon and chocolate notes.
