SO GOOD! I halved the recipe (using a food scale makes this easy) and also substituted half the greek yogurt for vanilla almond milk - originally because I was short on greek yogurt & had to improvise but they turned out delicious anyways. Topped w/ a little maple syrup, tiny bit of butter bc life is short, and cinnamon which takes it to a different level! Also I used a vanilla whey protein as suggested & glad I did. Easy to get rid of an old one I'm not currently using in shakes.
