To freeze: Make recipe to end of step 2. Freeze for up to 1 month.
To thaw: Thaw in fridge overnight.
To cook: To reheat, place in a saucepan. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
Tip: You could add a 400g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed, to sauce mixture at the end of step 2. You could serve pork mixture spooned over steamed basmati rice instead of tortillas.
