The spices for seasoning the chicken are not on the ingredients list. I used what I had on hand which was taco seasoning and Tajin Classico seasoning. The instructions are very vague. Some of the ingredients listed are for guacamole. I did not use an sugar in my dish. Not sure how it would taste with the spices listed in the instructions, but If you have your own spices and a general knowledge, this dish is great.
