Delicious and juicy. Added capers and some crushed garlic 🤌
I cooked it at 180 Celsius for just over 20 minutes. My chicken breasts were halved into steaks.
The balance of acidity and salty sets this off.
Served with mashed potato. Would be great chopped on salad as a lighter option.
You could probably thicken the cooking liquid into an amazing sauce, but I was having a quick easy meal so just spooned it over the chicken as it was.
