This is the 2nd pumpkin pie I've baked in the last few days, but the pie crust recipe was the same. This crust didn't brown up as well as the 1st pie, but I don't know if it's because it sat in the fridge longer or whatnot, but it baked up just fine both times in my opinion. I added a sprinkle of cinnamon in both pie doughs because why not? I definitely reccomend this recipe and plan to use it for all future pie related endeavors 🥧
