← Replies in Potato-Kale Hash with Eggs Recipe

A bit fiddly for ‘ a quick lunch ‘ but was worth it. Used up a bag of curly kale I had. Had to partially warm through the frozen hash browns before I could shred them. I used cheddar as had no Gouda. Very tasty and will do again.
