This turned out AMAZING!!! I happened to have green, gold, and purple sugars on hand, and so voilà ! 😁💚💛💜⚜️ (I actually ended up making this with unsweetened walnut milk instead of 2%, but it turned out amazing just the same!!)
What I might do differently next time is, I will start by combining the powdered sugar and lemon juice only, and seeing where the consistency is at. I added the water right away this past time, and where it was still delicious, it was definitely too runny of a consistency for my taste. Still turned out beautifully though! 😍
