[update, it tastes *great* cold and goes down easy. revise thinking below! servings are more like 1/3 container; version in recipe is thicccck version, revised thick^4 should be a bit oatier, fresher (like with a bit more water/wet oats ex.)]
start with half as much flax, with batter. add to absorb water or thicken as needed to present amount.
Be careful w oils next round, they congeal easily, need fresh fruit to cut (divide some berries with apple.) Less Syrup, generally less sugar where possible.
Needs to be a little more fresh and tart, esp after cooling in fridge.

*1 container = 4,658 kcal
*generally less savory, add a bit of pb to ground, trade out syrup
*changing out some things for texture and flavor
*flax to thicken if needed
*tone down as needed. greek yogurt would go well with the fresh apples and bananas. add a few fresh walnuts to the mix
*with a mug of coffee or cider or hot tea
